Base Impact is the work of David Filice — a professional musician and educator who has spent over 25 years performing, creating, and collaborating in high-pressure environments where results depend on how well people listen, adapt, and work together.
David’s career as a bass player, producer, songwriter, and engineer has taken him from intimate clubs to stadium stages around the world, working alongside platinum and Grammy-winning artists and contributing music for film and television. Across every setting, one truth remained consistent: talent alone isn’t enough. Performance lives in timing, trust, and human connection.
